Preparation
1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add tinda and fry until golden brown on all sides. 2. Remove tinda and set aside. In the same pan, add onion and fry until translucent. 3. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir-fry for 1 minute, until fragrant. 4. Add ginger, garlic, and tomato puree. Saute for 5 minutes, until the puree darkens. 5. Add water and stir to combine. Add the reserved tinda, coriander leaves, and chicken powder. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens. 6.
