Dsmonline.pk offers a very clear and transparent delivery policy for orders placed via its website.
We are committed to providing you with accurate, timely and convenient delivery services. We understand timely processing of order matters to our customers so we make every possible effort to process your orders at the earliest.
OUR DELIVERY POLICY
- Each order will be shipped to a single address mentioned at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship items to multiple destinations, you will have to place multiple orders.
- 100 delivery fee is charged on all orders.
- Payment can be done via Cash or Card (Via POS) upon delivery of items.
- We make our best efforts to ship your order on the same day, if placed before 6 PM. However, in case of high order influx or unforeseen circumstances it may take a day. In any unlikely situation where we are unable to ship your order within 2 days of placement, we will inform you via email, WhatsApp or call.
- We ship seven days a week (Mon to Sun), excluding public holidays or any unexpected circumstances.
- To ensure best services, we only ship through our riders, no third party service is utilized in order delivery.
- We try to ship all items in your order. However, you may face some inventory discrepancy on website and we may not be able to ship the entire order. In such case, you will be informed about product unavailability prior to order dispatch.
- In case, if the goods received are not in good condition/ faulty/ damaged/ incorrect (different from what you ordered), you may refuse to accept its delivery and call customer care at +92 333 2277965 to register your complaint mentioning your order ID. We will try to make a replacement delivery at the earliest.

- Please note that all products (including promotional items/ gifts) will be dispatched with an invoice stating The Price, as per Pakistan Tax Regulations.
