If any of our products fall below the promised standard, we will exchange or refund it according to our following terms & conditions.

• We will refund/ exchange faulty and non-repairable products on arrival.
• Refund / exchange can be made within 10 days from purchase.
• Bill receipt has to be provided in case of refund/ exchange.
• Refund of products purchased during promotional period would be based on promotional price terms. In case of, refunds of bundle offers like “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers, you will have to return the free items of the offer as well.
• Exchange may be made upon next order placement.
• Refund settlement will take place after a keen quality check by our team.
• Refund will be given in the form of gift voucher of the same amount that could be redeemed on next purchase from Diamond Super Market (either in store or online purchase).
• You will only be able to claim return/ exchange only if the packaging is intact and in re-sellable condition otherwise no exchange/ refund will be considered.
• All refunds can be granted upon Diamond Super Market’s approval within 10 days of purchase.
• Any product that is claimed to be faulty after 10 days’ refund window has passed, your refund will be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. We may assist you in directing your query to the supplier (where applicable). 

Process of Product Replacement/ Exchange

If you need to replace any product, you may contact our customer services team by reaching out to our UAN: 111-000-376 or at +92 333 2277965 who will place this in line with our SOPs for replacement/ exchange of faulty/ incorrect items.

Grocery Return

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge will be refunded in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and is claimed for exchange within 10 days of purchase. However, if you choose to keep some of the other products, delivery fee would be charged.
