How can I pay for my order?

You can pay through Cash on Delivery, Debit Cards, and Credit Card on Delivery.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

When you place an order on the website, delivery takes 3-4 working hours after confirmation.

However, under unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, war threats, flight delays, stock unavailability, weather conditions etc. delivery may be delayed in which case you will be informed.

We ensure presence of all products at branches as well. However, in order to save you from any inconvenience, we prefer you call at branch first.

Yes, currently we ship all over in Karachi.

We deliver across Pakistan in Rs. 150/- only per order, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

What is your return and exchange policy? How can I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. To request for a return, please call our helpline (021) 111-000-376 and our customer service team will guide you further.

You will be requested to share your order details along with pay slip. Once we receive the return package, you may choose to get a refund or an exchange voucher for another purchase through our website.

We do not cater international orders at the moment. All our international customers do not need to be dejected as we are working on starting international deliveries soon.

What is the warranty policy?

Warranty policy varies from vendor to vendor and product to product. Dsmonline.pk does not offer warranty claims directly. Warranty claims are processed directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.
